The Customized Massage is a great blend of relaxation techniques with mild-to-moderate therapeutic work to address one or two problem areas. May include some gentle passive movements and stretching.

A sports massage is typically a combination of several massage techniques that are tailored to your affected muscle groups based on the activities that you do. A properly administered sports massage can help flush the lactic acid out of your body. This session is 60 minutes long and focuses on core muscle groups paired with stretching.

Trigger point myotherapy also known as neuromuscular therapy or sometimes massage therapy consists of alternating levels of concentrated pressure on the areas of muscle spasm. Pressure is applied with the fingers, knuckles, and/or elbow in ten to thirty second intervals to effectively alleviate the muscle spasm.

 Deep Therapy Relief Treatment is for chronic pain located in a specific area. If you are experiencing nagging tension in a specific area, then this would be for you. Includes hot towels. We incorporate a prossage heating oil and the warming ointment loosens up the muscles by relaxing thermoreceptors and increasing the flow of oxygen which provides a myofascial release for a deeper massage. After the prossage we then follow up with hot towels and biofreeze for deeper pain relief.

Aromatherapy massage is the alternative therapeutic technique which combines the natural therapeutic properties of the essential oils and the healing power of massage therapy. Light relaxing pressure only no specific areas just light effleurage throughout full body.

Pregnancy Massage. Relaxing massage to help relieve stress on the body. Supported positioning and light strokes of massage to help ease the tension you are holding during the 9 months. 75 min. Acne facial is for those who are acne prone or suffering with cystic acne. This facial focuses on deep pore cleansing and exfoliation. We begin with  cleansing the skin with the use of steam, glycolic and salicylic enzyme peel to soften and exfoliate the skin, followed by deep pore extractions to unclog pores. High Frequency treatment is included to target inflammation and bacteria. Lastly, we apply a customized mask and finish with moisturizer and spf sunscreen.

This facial is for those clients with sensitive skin experiencing acne breakouts, eczema, rosacea, inflammation or psoriasis. The CBD infused treatment incorporates gentle cleansing, CBD infused toner, the use of 350 mg CBD oil massaged into skin while using cooling jade rollers, light extractions if needed, followed by 1000mg CBD Hydro Jelly Mask. Your skin will be repaired, rebalanced and renewed.
