A sports massage is typically a combination of several massage techniques that are tailored to your affected muscle groups based on the activities that you do. A properly administered sports massage can help flush the lactic acid out of your body. This session is 60 minutes long and focuses on core muscle groups paired with stretching.

75 min. Acne facial is for those who are acne prone or suffering with cystic acne. This facial focuses on deep pore cleansing and exfoliation. We begin with  cleansing the skin with the use of steam, glycolic and salicylic enzyme peel to soften and exfoliate the skin, followed by deep pore extractions to unclog pores. High Frequency treatment is included to target inflammation and bacteria. Lastly, we apply a customized mask and finish with moisturizer and spf sunscreen.

This facial is for those clients with sensitive skin experiencing acne breakouts, eczema, rosacea, inflammation or psoriasis. The CBD infused treatment incorporates gentle cleansing, CBD infused toner, the use of 350 mg CBD oil massaged into skin while using cooling jade rollers, light extractions if needed, followed by 1000mg CBD Hydro Jelly Mask.
